FAQ

  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process.   While browsing our inventory, as you select items to build your cart, it will take you to our inquiry form to complete for submission.  Upon review we will respond with a quote or inform you if items are not available.

    If the quote is approved, we will provide an invoice and a link to our rental agreement for review and signature.

    The invoice will include links for payment.

  • We will assess the extent of the damage and you may be charged the cost of any necessary repairs or product replacement.

    For peace of mind, you can opt into our nominal Damage Waiver Fee of $30, at the time of the rental which covers minimal damage beyond the normal ‘wear and tear.’ The rental contract covers this in detail.

  • We certainly try to accommodate changes or additions, however, its subject to rental item availability. 

  • Yes. Delivery fees are calculated according to distance from 1301 York Road, Timonium, MD.  Local delivery is free within a 3 mile radius.  Delivery fees do not include setup and breakdown of rental items.

  • Yes. As our rental rates are for one day, each additional day specified in the contract will be an extra charge at a discounted daily rate, subject to item availability. 

    If items are held beyond the contracted rental period, the daily rate plus an inconvenience fee will be charged for each day items are held. 

  • Yes.  As long as items are available, we will do our best to accommodate your request to rent additional items for your event.

  • Yes, we are fully insured.
